Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agile Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication, well-defined requirements, and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product features, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery timelines.

Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.

Conduct impact analysis and assess change requests to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing projects.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help define test cases and success criteria.

Continuously seek feedback to improve processes and deliver business value faster.

Stay informed about industry trends, Agile best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in an Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Proficient in writing user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and wireframes.

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, ICAgile Certified Professional, SAFe Agilist).

Experience working in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, or BI tools.

Experience in domains such as fintech, healthcare, insurance, or e-commerce.
