• Should have practical experience in DHCP, DNS, FTP, SMTP/POP/IMAP, VPN, and RMM.
• Manage Office 365 tenants which includes creating a user, troubleshooting email delivery service, creating a subscription and adding a license, an online archive of emails, and audit of emails.
• Experience in email security tools like Microsoft Defender and Proofpoint.
• Deploy email security policies in Microsoft Defender or Proofpoint.
• Manage SharePoint and work with users in auditing their rights for file permission.
• Manage active directory and create AD users, AD groups, and GPO.
• Configure the AD server and migrate AD from one server to another.
• Experience with RMM tools like ConnectWise, Ninja, or LabTech, etc.
• Should have the ability to write KBI in a document database like IT Glue.
• Should be able to in work on Windows computer independently to perform tasks like configuring static IP, Windows update, and Windows In place upgradation, editing a host file, deploy group policy.
• Deploy Windows server and required roles.
• Configure VPN access like Meraki VPN, L2TP
• Should have experience with Azure AD and configuration of policies in Azure AD.
• Syncing Azure AD with On-Premises AD
• Should have experience in the renewal of SSL and domains.
• Should be able to configure routers, switches, access points, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Should be able to troubleshoot any issue in the network.
• Experience with designing LAN / WAN topologies.
• Responsible for monitoring of network in different tools like PRTG or Auvik.
• Responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations, and storage utilization.
• Serve as a technical expert in system administration for complex operating systems.
• Plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
• Design, implement, and maintain virtual infrastructure e.g., Hyper-V and VMWare according to the clients need.
• Experience of Citrix VDI solutions will be a plus.
• Will be a plus if knows script writing in Bash, Windows batch, PowerShell, or any other language.
• Will be plus if have experience in Linux servers. Skills and Experience Desired:
• BS or MS in IT, CS, SE or related filed.
• 3+ years of IT or related experience.
• Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCITP, MCSA, or MCSE, CCNA, VMware VCP, AZ-104 , MS-300 / 301
• Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care.
• Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
• Service awareness of all organizations key IT services for which support is being provided.
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
