We are looking for an "Store Supervisor", kindly check the below details:

Job Location (On site): Location: Sector C Commercial Area Sector C Bahria Town, Lahore.

Timings: Mon - Sat (First Shift)

Education: Must have Bachler / Diploma in Technical Field.

Interview: Proceeding only those candiates who will be available for onsite interview.

Job Descriptions:

• We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store supervisor to oversee daily operations at our store. The incumbent will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store.
• Duties will include undertaking administrative tasks and monitoring inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachler or Diploma in technical field
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Analytical mindset with excellent teamwork and time management abilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize task in fast-pace environment
• Basic understanding of excel and data entry in ERP is a must

What you'll Do:

• Receive, count, and record all material received in store.
• Maintain racks and assign Bin cards to inventory.
• Issuance of material from store on requisition.
• Issue Delivery Orders for all deliveries
• Arrange and manage delivery to customers
• Housekeeping of store
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate order of new items.

• Timely reporting relating to stock receipt, deliveries and returns.
• Monitor and track import shipments and support operations department in logistics and clearance.
