Technical Lead - Angular - React

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Technical Lead with expertise in leading the development of mathematical and analytical-based software solutions using a diverse technology stack. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative software applications utilizing Angular, React, .NET, SQL Server, Jira, Trello, and Azure.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications with a focus on mathematical and analytical functionality.
2. Architect and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions using Angular, React, .NET, SQL Server, Jira, Trello, and Azure.
3. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and define project scope.
4. Utilize your strong mathematical and analytical skills to solve complex problems and develop algorithms for data processing, analysis, and visualization.
5. Experience in financial data analysis and handling large data from backend and frontend perspective along with complex server side queries.
6. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and promote best practices in software development.
7. Ensure code quality, performance, and security through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
8. Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize deployment processes and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
9. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for adopting new tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in mathematical and analytical-based applications.
3. Strong proficiency in Angular, React, .NET (C#), SQL Server, Jira, Trello, and Azure.
4. Demonstrated ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into efficient and scalable software solutions.
5. Experience with mathematical libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, MATLAB) is a plus.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
8. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Trello.
