Description

We are looking for an "QA/QC (Quality Manager)", kindly check the below details:(On site): Near Mumtaz Bakhtawar Hospital, Wahdat Road, Lahore. Timings: Mon - Sat (First Shift) - 8AM to 4:30PMEducation: Must have Bachelor / Masters in Industrial Management / Management Engineering.Interview: Proceeding only those candiates who will be available for onsite interview.

Job Description:

1. Oversee quality assurance and control processes for auto spare parts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

2. Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.

3. Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing training and support to maintain high performance standards.

4. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

5. Address and resolve quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

6. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and provide regular reports on quality performance to senior management.
