Fashion Advisor

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Advisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a personalized shopping experience, offering expert fashion advice, and assisting customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their individual style and needs. The Fashion Advisor plays a key role in driving sales, maintaining brand image, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, providing exceptional service at all times.

• Offer expert styling advice based on customer preferences, body type, lifestyle, and current fashion trends.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brands products, seasonal collections, and fashion trends.

• Assist customers in selecting and coordinating outfits and accessories to create complete looks.

• Build strong client relationships through follow-ups, styling appointments, and personalized recommendations.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards.

• Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in inventory management when required.

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or related field is a plus).

• Proven experience as a fashion advisor, stylist, or retail sales associate in the fashion industry.

• Strong interest in fashion and current trends.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Fashion Styling or Image Consulting.

• Experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail.

• Multilingual abilities for dealing with diverse clientele.
