Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing housekeeping operations.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to meet quality standards.

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.

  • Coordinate daily staffing and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment.

  • Address guest complaints or housekeeping issues promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Support onboarding of new staff and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Maintain records of housekeeping activities and report to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Manager (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Working knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products.

  • Familiarity with housekeeping software or facility management systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
