Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop aerospace systems and components, including airframes, propulsion units, guidance systems, and navigation technologies.

Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis using simulation tools and mathematical models.

Develop and test prototypes, including static and dynamic testing, wind tunnel experiments, and flight tests.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure system integration and performance.

Perform failure analysis, troubleshoot design issues, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards (e.g., FAA, EASA, MIL-STD, AS9100).

Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, analysis reports, and test procedures.

Participate in project planning, budgeting, and timeline estimation.

Support the certification process for aerospace products and systems.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred for R&D roles).
Experience:

25+ years of experience in aerospace system design, development, or testing.

Experience with CAD/CAE tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink).

Familiarity with industry standards, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, propulsion systems, and structural analysis.

Proficient in engineering simulation and modeling tools.
