Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.).

Collaborate with creative and content teams to build compelling ad creatives.

Manage campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Prepare regular performance reports and insights using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.

Conduct A/B testing and implement findings to improve ad effectiveness.

Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels.

Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.

Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to align messaging and audience strategy.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience:

25 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising campaign management.

Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, or DSPs.
Skills:

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign management dashboards.

Familiarity with attribution models and customer journey tracking.

Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Attributes:

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Experience in B2B, eCommerce, or performance marketing environments.
