Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and oversee projects in the software development lifecycle, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, QA analysts, business analysts, and developers to ensure project success.

· Facilitate client and internal communication, serving as a primary point of contact for project updates, feedback, and requirements gathering.

· Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these parameters, with a focus on Agile project management principles.

· Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact project delivery, utilizing Agile and Scrum-based techniques for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

· Provide support and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment grounded in Agile values and principles.

· Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges, with a focus on Agile metrics and performance indicators.

Job Specification / Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience in project management, preferably within a software development environment, with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

· Strong understanding of solution architecture, QA processes, business analysis, and related areas.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.

· Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead Agile teams and drive results.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred but not required).
