Executive Assistant (Female)
About the job Executive Assistant (Female)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Perform general office management tasks and assist with special projects.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism.
