Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership.
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform general office management tasks and assist with special projects.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
