Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development and Execution

    • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  2. Team Leadership and Management

    • Manage and lead the marketing team, including hiring, training, development, and performance management.
    • Provide direction and leadership to marketing staff, ensuring efficient and effective team performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  3. Campaign Management

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Evaluate the performance of campaigns and analyze ROI.
    • Coordinate and manage external agencies and suppliers.
  4. Market Research and Analysis

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making processes.
  5. Digital Marketing and Social Media

    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
    • Manage the companys online presence and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
    • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs.
  6. Budget Management

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
    • Ensure cost-effectiveness and monitor expenditures.
    • Provide periodic financial analysis to senior management.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and executive teams, to align marketing strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media, and industry organizations.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, SEO, analytics tools).
