Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activities.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials.
- Set marketing goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Team Leadership and Management
- Manage and lead the marketing team, including hiring, training, development, and performance management.
- Provide direction and leadership to marketing staff, ensuring efficient and effective team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluate the performance of campaigns and analyze ROI.
- Coordinate and manage external agencies and suppliers.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making processes.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Manage the companys online presence and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs.
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and monitor expenditures.
- Provide periodic financial analysis to senior management.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and executive teams, to align marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media, and industry organizations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, SEO, analytics tools).
