Fashion Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and charismatic Fashion Consultant to help clients develop and enhance their personal style through expert fashion advice. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories that complement their body type, personality, and preferences while promoting brand products and boosting sales. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultations and follow-ups.

• Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their style, occasion, and budget.

• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and emerging brands.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of the brands products, fabrics, and fits.

• Support sales by achieving individual and store targets through upselling and cross-selling.

• Organize and coordinate personal styling sessions and wardrobe planning appointments.

• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

• Work with marketing and PR teams for fashion events, campaigns, or brand promotions.

• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Fashion Consultant, Stylist, or in a similar client-facing fashion role.

• Strong knowledge of body types, colors, fabrics, and trends.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Strong sales ability and commercial awareness.

• Professional appearance and a passion for fashion.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible working

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Image Consulting or Personal Styling.

• Experience working with luxury or high-end fashion brands.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Multilingual skills are a plus for diverse clientele.
