Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage potential customers, understanding their boating needs and preferences.

Present and demonstrate boats (new and pre-owned) and marine products, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.

Assist customers in selecting the right boat model based on lifestyle, budget, and usage.

Provide detailed product information including engine types, navigation systems, warranties, and financing options.

Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in terms within dealership guidelines.

Coordinate test drives, inspections, and deliveries.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.

Stay updated on product inventory, industry trends, and competitors.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.

Participate in boat shows, dealership events, and promotions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, RV, or marine industries.

Knowledge and passion for boating and marine equipment is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
