We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Adult Psychiatric Clinician to provide mental health evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to adult clients. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and mental health evaluations for adult patients.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy).

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Assist in crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Participate in clinical team meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions.

Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards of clinical practice and maintain client confidentiality.

Stay current with continuing education and professional development in psychiatric and therapeutic best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensure:
-
Active state license as an LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent (required).

Independent licensure strongly preferred.
Experience:

2+ years of clinical experience working with adults with psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
Skills:

Strong diagnostic and clinical formulation skills.

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience in community mental health, inpatient, or intensive outpatient programs (IOP).

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
-
Experience with co-occurring substance use disorders or trauma-informed care.
