Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site and off-site examinations of banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.

Evaluate institutions' asset quality, capital adequacy, earnings, liquidity, and sensitivity to market risk (CAMELS framework).

Review financial statements, internal controls, loan portfolios, and risk management practices.

Identify and report violations of laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Prepare detailed examination reports and present findings to institution management.

Monitor corrective actions and follow up on regulatory compliance issues.

Assist in special investigations, enforcement actions, or crisis management situations.

Stay informed on changes in financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in banking, auditing, or financial examination preferred.

CPA, CFA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
