Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of account executives, creatives, and other agency staff.

Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for strategic discussions.

Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.

Monitor client account performance, ensuring services align with agreed goals and deliver ROI.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the agency.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in an agency leadership role such as Agency Manager, Account Director, or similar.
