About the job Executive Assistant to CEO - Remote
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs, and handles confidential information with discretion. This role is critical to maximizing the CEOs efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the CEOs schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.

Communication: Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.

Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and take detailed meeting notes with action items.

Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic/international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Inbox & Task Management: Monitor and prioritize emails and other communications; flag urgent items.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives in a remote environment.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello).

Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.

Comfortable working across time zones and managing flexible hours when necessary.
