Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our efforts in promoting Hajj and Umrah services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel sales and digital marketing, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Sell Hajj and Umrah packages to individual and group clients.

  • Manage leads, inquiries, and conversions through CRM tools and follow-ups.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and community organizations.

  • Attend and organize promotional events, expos, and seminars within the Muslim community.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Hajj & Umrah packages (online and offline).

  • Run digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing).

  • Manage social media platforms and engage with followers.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for campaign materials.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in travel or religious tourism.

  • Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah rituals, travel requirements, and seasonal timelines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media management.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Arabic, Urdu, Bengali, Malay) are a plus.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during peak pilgrimage seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
