Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Assistant Account Manager to support our account management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will help maintain strong relationships, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure the smooth execution of projects and client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing client accounts and relationships by supporting the Account Manager with daily tasks

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, services, and campaigns

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients

Track project progress and communicate status updates to clients and team members

Help in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients

Manage client correspondence, schedules, and follow-ups

Maintain and update client records, documentation, and CRM systems

Provide support in resolving client issues or concerns efficiently and professionally

Assist in creating marketing materials, reports, and data analysis

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep accounts competitive

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

12 years of experience in client service, account coordination, or project management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
