Assembly Line Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently on a production line while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are maintained throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to produce goods according to specifications

Assemble components manually or with machinery based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality control checks

Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Report malfunctions or unsafe equipment conditions to supervisors

Meet production quotas and timelines without compromising product quality

Follow company policies and safety regulations

Participate in training and continuous improvement programs

Collaborate with other team members and shift leaders to optimize efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line role is preferred

Ability to operate basic hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods

Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
