Job Summary:
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation. This role plays a key part in implementing advanced technologies, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize advanced manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

Lead projects involving automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Conduct process capability studies and implement process control methods to ensure product quality.

Collaborate with product design, R&D, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

Design and specify manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.

Identify and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.

Analyze production data and generate reports to monitor process performance and drive improvements.

Support the introduction of new products into production by developing process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Stay up to date with emerging manufacturing technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in a high-tech or automotive environment.

Proven experience with automation, robotics, or smart manufacturing systems.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
