Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS services, cloud security, automation, and DevOps practices. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.

Build, configure, and monitor EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS, VPCs, IAM, and CloudFront.

Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with AWS Well-Architected Framework and security best practices.

Integrate AWS services with on-premises systems where required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, DevOps, Security, and Architects).

Stay up to date with AWS feature releases and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and supporting AWS infrastructure.

Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route 53, API Gateway, etc.).

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS).

Proficiency with automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Knowledge of networking concepts (VPN, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Security Groups).

Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.

Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Datadog).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
