Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Online ESL Teacher to join our team and help students improve their English proficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to create engaging lessons for learners of all ages and levels. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons online, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging ESL (English as a Second Language) classes online for individuals and groups.

• Develop lesson plans tailored to students needs, goals, and proficiency levels.

• Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.

• Use interactive methods and digital resources to enhance the learning experience.

• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback and reports.

• Prepare students for English proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.).

• Create a positive, supportive, and motivating virtual classroom environment.

• Stay updated with modern ESL teaching methods and e-learning tools.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Certification: TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of ESL teaching experience (online or classroom).

• Excellent command of English with a neutral or clear accent.

• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Business English, Academic English, or Exam Preparation.

• Knowledge of second language acquisition methods.

• Creativity in lesson planning with interactive and multimedia teaching aids.

• Patience, empathy, and cultural awareness.
