About the job E-commerce Account Manager

As a Remote E-commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and strategy for our accounts on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others. You will play a key role in ensuring account performance, listing optimization, advertising, promotions, inventory, and customer service meet brand and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for e-commerce platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze account health, product performance, traffic, conversion rates, and rankings.

  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, Deals).

  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.

  • Handle customer issues, returns, reviews, and seller performance metrics to maintain high ratings.

  • Analyze sales data and trends to drive insights and revenue growth strategies.

  • Stay updated on e-commerce policies, trends, competitor activities, and marketplace updates.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for content creation and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing e-commerce accounts on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, or Shopify.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, listing optimization, and digital advertising.

  • Proficient in using seller platforms and tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout).

  • Analytical mindset with excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon US, UK, UAE, or KSA).

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Previous experience in consumer goods, fashion, electronics, or FMCG sectors.
