Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative functions. You will ensure smooth operations by handling various tasks, enabling our team to maintain efficiency and focus on key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contactmanaging emails, calls, and scheduling

  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets

  • Assist with travel bookings, logistics, and expense report compilation

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital filing systems

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups via email or chat

  • Support team members with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks

  • Conduct internet research and gather information as required

  • Handle confidential data with discretion and secure document management

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support roles

  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal

  • Strong organization and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

  • Comfortable navigating calendar apps, video conferencing, and cloud tools

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting

  • Reliable internet connection and structured workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), or helpdesk systems

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus
