We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while building strong candidate pipelines and supporting business growth through effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer rollout

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Schedule and manage interviews and candidate communication

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Maintain recruitment data and prepare hiring reports

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
