Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage office support services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and catering services.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and proper functioning.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

  • Assist in the planning and organization of office events, meetings, and internal activities.

  • Monitor office expenses and support budget management for administrative and office services.

  • Maintain accurate records of office operations, vendor contracts, and service agreements.

  • Support administrative staff and management with day-to-day tasks as required.

  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols.

  • Address and resolve any operational issues or employee requests related to office services.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance office efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or office services management.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
