  • Functional knowledge of different Dynamics CRM modules
  • Experience in developing, deploying, or maintaining
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) primarily using
  • Dataverse as the backend.
  • Experience in developing workflow automations using
  • Power Automate and Dataverse Workflow engine.
  • Experience in extending Dataverse using Plugin development, JavaScript, and tools like Ribbon Workbench
  • Ability to use the experience from configuring,customizing, and deploying Power Platform and Dynamics solutions to troubleshoot solutions that are
  • in production.
  • Ability to work with users to understand issues and
  • identify possible causes.
  • Ability to work with clients to fully understand issues and work with the team to solve them.
  • Experience in performing data migrations and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, and Custom Connectors.
  • Experience working with modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines.
