Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead large-scale organizational transformation and workforce initiatives, while expanding our Organizational Development and Change capabilities in Mexico.

This role combines client leadership, team management, and business growth responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings strong international client exposure, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and a proven ability to drive technology-enabled transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Program Leadership

  • Lead complex transformation programs from strategy through execution.
  • Define project scope, delivery approach, timelines, and governance structures.
  • Serve as primary advisor to senior stakeholders across local and international accounts.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and successful adoption of solutions.
  • Manage project financial performance, risks, and overall outcomes.

International Client Management

  • Work directly with clients across the US, Europe, and other global markets.
  • Navigate multicultural environments and distributed teams.
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships across geographies.

Business Growth & Market Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Contribute to solution design, commercial proposals, and pricing discussions.
  • Support the expansion of the Organizational Transformation capability in Mexico.
  • Strengthen market positioning through differentiated offerings and expertise.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants and specialists.
  • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and team development.
  • Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Support recruitment and capability development aligned with growth plans.

Organizational Change & Workforce Solutions

  • Lead organization design and workforce strategy initiatives.
  • Develop and implement change management and communication strategies.
  • Design training strategies and oversee curriculum development.
  • Support enterprise technology implementations (SAP, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) with adoption and enablement strategies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree
  • 15+ years of experience in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, learning & development, or change management
  • Proven experience leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated exposure to international clients (US and/or Europe preferred)
  • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Experience contributing to new business development and commercial proposals
  • Advanced English proficiency

Preferred

  • Experience developing training strategies and conducting needs assessments
  • Experience designing and executing change and communication plans
  • Exposure to digital learning and adoption tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate, WalkMe, etc.)
