About the job Power Platform Support Consultant


This role would support implementation activities on the provisioning of enviroments, supporting ALM process using DevOps technologies, and performing ongoing support and platform maintenance. The consutant will be part of a team that handles platform support and governance within bank . They will use their experience and knowledge of Power Platform to support ALM processes and troubleshoot issues.

Conocimientos Indispensables

Technical Skills:

Expertise in working with Power Apps, Power Automate.

Experience in developing both Canvas and Model Driven Apps.

Knowledge of how to build and maintain custom plugins (C#) and JavaScript modules supporting Canvas App forms.

Experience with installation and configuration of data gateways.


Functional Skills:

Administration of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot Studio through the Power Platform admin center.

Responsible for assigning data loss prevention (DLP) policies, managing access based on groups, and monitor capacity and licensing.

Troubleshooting any issues in existing applications in conjunction with Power Platform developer teams.


Security Skills:

Knowledge of effective security strategies to include roles, field/record level security and correct entity scoping, integrating with Entra ID / Azure AD as required to for user access on business applications.

Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot Studio

Dynamics 365, C#, and JavaScript

Knowledge of Dynamics standard applications (CRM, PSA, Customer Service, Marketing).

Making data available to makers through connectors, integration, or migration.

1. Monitor Power Platform Capacity, Utilization and Access

2. Monitor Power Platform On-Premise Gateway Performance

3. Troubleshoot and Resolve Application / Solution Code Issues

4. Troubleshoot and Resolve Environment Issues

5. Troubleshoot and Resolve Platform Issues

6. Monitor and Enforce Security Policies and DLP Policies

7. Administer and Manage the Power Platform Governance Toolkit

8. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues with Azure DevOps Pipelines

12. Monitor the Tenant Capacity Consumption in IST, UAT, and PROD
