You will help clients define their requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of the clients current SAP CPQ state processes and technology strategies as well as supporting the implementation or evolution that follows. We are looking for an E-commerce Functional who is motivated to combine the art of e-commerce with user centric products.

• Lead project discovery workshops and collect business requirements, both on-site and remotely
• Lead end to end SAP CPQ Implementations experience in Sales /Service Cloud
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes, objectives and Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
• Experience in reporting and presenting bold proposals, performance, and future states to C-level executives with clear objectives.

Qualifications:

Required

• Fluency of English required.
• 5+ Years of experience in SAP CPQ or Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ and SAP ERP, SAP Commerce, or SAP CRM.
• 7+ years of experience excelling in e-commerce, consulting, or innovation.
• 5+ years working with agile methodologies such as scrum, kanban or design thinking process.
• At least 3 years in customer journey optimization on e-commerce or marketplaces archiving increase in KPIs such as sales, awareness, and other business goals.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, UX and development.
• Experience in driving client workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, acting as liaison between business and development team.
• Experience in executive reporting and presentation.

Preferred

• Exposure in the E-commerce industry is a big plus.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Experience in creating user-journey flow, business-process flows and system-functional flows.
• Knowledge in e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.
• Experience working in a professional services firm or working in a client service environment.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Great at Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating value and business models.
