Key responsibilities

  • Assist clients in addressing functional challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated having client facing ability (active listening, professional, clear communication, conflict resolution).
  • Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results.
  • Drive multiple functional requests and follow until closure (documentation, troubleshoot, functional testing, schedule technical testing & user testing, migration and closure).
  • Do testing according to Oracle releases (manual and automation) to identify risks and troubleshoot them.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience working with HR process, including 3 years experience in ORC (end to end implementation).
  • Experience in Core HR module (Organization, Workforce structure, person management, promotions, workflows, security, etc).
  • Experience in Talent profile.
  • Understanding HR processes (Processes impacting ORC).
  • Experience in geography, requisition, flexfields, CSP, job applications, career site, offer letter, notification, page personalization and Journeys.
  • Knowledge in BI publisher to build offer letter (desirable).
  • Experience in inbound and outbound integrations (integration definition).
  • OTBI, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formula and Extract (desirable).
  • Experience in creating and modifying Fast Formulas (desirable).
  • Knowledge Oracle Taleo, EBS or People soft (desirable).
  • Experience on Data Migration.
  • Exposure to Service Management Tracking Tools like Agile Framework and associated tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Service Now, ServiceDesk, etc.
  • Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
  • Able to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • strong written and verbal skills, communicates effectively upward and downward, organization and time management, responds with corrective action to feedback, attention to detail, able to follow project plan/task list with little direction, follows up on email requests, comes up with solutions instead of just problems/barrier
