Work youll do

As a Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:

• Lead projects and data conversions
• Work with the project team on business requirement definition and translation into configuration requirements.
• Be the escalation point for critical functional issue
• Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
• Provide direction and guidance to functional consultants.
• Serve as the primary correspondent for client communications

We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of related experience with development and/or support of Workday.
• Experience in designing/testing/integrating a core HR system
• Understanding of HR data models especially core HR, Recruiting, management, security, business processes and organizational hierarchies
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
• Superior Communication Skills in at least Spanish and English, both written and verbal

Preferred

• Workday HCM Certified, strongly preferred but not required
• Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
