Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Lead and manage CRM implementation projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Conduct workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and user training to ensure successful adoption of CRM solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate CRM with other systems and applications as needed.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of CRM solutions.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in configuring CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, including data migration and integration.
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
