Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Lead and manage CRM implementation projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and user training to ensure successful adoption of CRM solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate CRM with other systems and applications as needed.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of CRM solutions.
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Proficiency in configuring CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of CRM data management, including data migration and integration.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
