Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in addressing technical challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes.
- Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results.
- Drive multiple technical requests and follow until closure (documentation, troubleshoot, technical testing, schedule functional testing & user testing, migration and closure).
- Do testing according to Oracle releases (manual and automation) to identify risks and troubleshoot them.
- Client facing ability (active listening, professional, clear communication, conflict resolution).
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in working with Oracle HCM Reporting Tools (OTBI, BIP, SQL, XML/XSL, HCM Extracts) having basic knowledge of bursting, modifying report layouts and scheduling reports.
- Basic knowledge in PL/SQL (Inner Joins, Left Joins, Right Joins, Cursors, Store Procedures), workflows in relational databases, sub-queries and union clauses.
- Experience on Data Migration & Interfacing (HDL for inbound, Extracts for outbound, Payroll Batch Loader, Spreadsheet Data Loaders) would be an added advantage
- Experience in creating and modifying Fast Formulas
- Understanding of HCM cloud tables structure and working with Flexfields
- Experience on Oracle Integration Cloud, Rest and SOAP web services.
- Exposure to Service Management Tracking Tools like Agile Framework and associated tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Service Now, ServiceDesk, etc.
- Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
- Able to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- strong written and verbal skills, communicates effectively upward and downward, organization and time management, responds with corrective action to feedback, attention to detail, able to follow project plan/task list with little direction, follows up on email requests, comes up with solutions instead of just problems/barrier
