Primary Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Manages imports for SKU level price changes across 6 HBI owned websites within the Magento eCommerce platform
- Manages pricing uploads to ensure accurate pricing across different owened websites
- Responsible for style level product data setup of new color assortments and product attributes to optimize product assortment and shopper engagement
- Owns item setup for new products into the Magento platform. Utilize product extracts to analyze the ecommerce product assortment and recommend actions to ensure accuracy and completeness of data inputs
- Partners with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team for execution and processes management of essential URL management, Meta data input (custom titles, descriptions, canonical designations, etc.) and Redirect updates
- Work collaboratively with business teams for input/output product data needs to provide a best in class e-commerce shopping experience
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are a must as well as attention to detail and the ability to multi-task across rapidly changing business/consumer needs.
- Collaborates across internal functional areas as well as external partners in understanding Magento eCommerce capabilities and functionality to optimize conversion and sales 1
- Participates and provides recommendations on process improvements
- Performs User Acceptance Testing within the Magento Web platform to reproduce and test web merchandising fixes.
- Maintains subject matter expertise in Magento technology for e-commerce merchandising and web operations necessary for the success of the websites.
Minimum education and experience required:
- Bachelors Degree or 3 5 years of equivalent work experience required within eCommerce system operations
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience required in merchandising or retail management, ecommerce retail experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Magento e-commerce platform preferred
- Experience working as a data partner to marketing and business leads
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Very comfortable managing, manipulating and analyzing large data sets
- Strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving skills required
- Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships through strong communication
- Possess ability to manage multiple detailed execution plans, both internally and externally
- Fundamental understanding of direct response marketing activities such as paid, organic, remarketing, retention, display and affiliates.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to drive and own work stream with strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
