About the Role

We are looking for experienced finance professionals to collaborate with our AI research team in the development, validation, and refinement of financial analysis and modeling capabilities. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or credit-focused roles who are interested in applying their expertise to cutting-edge AI systems.

You will act as a subject-matter expert, ensuring that financial models, assumptions, and outputs generated by AI meet institutional-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated financial models and analyses

• Evaluate financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards

• Identify inaccuracies in assumptions, logic, and structure within financial models

• Provide expert feedback on valuation, capital structure, cash flow modeling, and debt analysis

• Compare scenarios and stress-test financial outputs generated by AI systems

• Collaborate with researchers to improve model accuracy and financial reasoning

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in:

  • Investment Banking

  • Private Equity

  • Corporate Finance

  • Private Credit, Structured Finance, or Debt-related roles

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modeling

• Ability to clearly articulate financial reasoning and assumptions

• High attention to detail and strong analytical judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or reviewing 3-statement financial models

• Background in valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)

• Experience with leveraged finance or credit analysis

• Prior exposure to AI tools or data-driven financial analysis (nice to have, not required)

Engagement Details

• Remote, contract-based engagement

• Flexible commitment of 18–40 hours per week

• Minimum initial commitment of 1 month, with opportunity for ongoing collaboration
