About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant / Developer with 6–10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience to support and lead Salesforce projects. You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, while also guiding project workstreams and mentoring junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level projects in industries such as Lifesciences and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Salesforce project workstreams and technical teams

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura Components), and Java

• Create Salesforce objects, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Perform data migration and data loading using Data Loader, ANT, Copado, or Change Sets

• Identify key drivers, define problems, and propose effective solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers

Required Qualifications:

• 6–10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or industry projects

• Completion of coursework (egresado) in any relevant field

• Advanced English proficiency

• Strong experience in Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura Components)

• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)

• Experience with data migration and data loading tools

• Proven experience leading a technical team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Lifesciences or Healthcare projects

• Experience with complex enterprise Salesforce implementations
