For one of our clients we are recruiting an experienced and hands-on Interim Sales Director to lead and elevate their SaaS sales function during a critical growth phase. Youll play a dual roledriving strategic sales leadership while actively engaging in operational sales and mentoring the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and implement effective SaaS sales strategies, aligned with business goals
  • Actively participate in operational sales, including high-value deal support and pipeline management
  • Identify and optimize sales processes, metrics and tools for improved efficiency and conversion
  • Deliver training and development to upskill the team and enhance performance
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive alignment and growth

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in senior sales (management) roles within a (international) B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong background in both strategic leadership and hands-on sales execution
  • Demonstrated success in building and training high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, metrics, and CRM systems
  • Agile, commercially-minded, and able to make an immediate impact
  • Availability of 3 days/ 24 hours per week
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required
