Interim Sales Director
For one of our clients we are recruiting an experienced and hands-on Interim Sales Director to lead and elevate their SaaS sales function during a critical growth phase. Youll play a dual roledriving strategic sales leadership while actively engaging in operational sales and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective SaaS sales strategies, aligned with business goals
- Actively participate in operational sales, including high-value deal support and pipeline management
- Identify and optimize sales processes, metrics and tools for improved efficiency and conversion
- Deliver training and development to upskill the team and enhance performance
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive alignment and growth
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in senior sales (management) roles within a (international) B2B SaaS environment
- Strong background in both strategic leadership and hands-on sales execution
- Demonstrated success in building and training high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, metrics, and CRM systems
- Agile, commercially-minded, and able to make an immediate impact
- Availability of 3 days/ 24 hours per week
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
