We are looking for an Account and business development manager to help us optimize and scale our B2B sales and customer success processes. You will manage the full pipeline from lead generation and outbound engagement to demos, onboarding, and account growth.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours at the German start-up Inhubber (key4contract GmbH), a blockchain and AI-powered document management platform. Youll be part of a dynamic team with strong growth potential and the possibility to relocate to Malta.

You will play a pivotal role in driving new business, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring customer success. If you're fluent in German and English, technically adept, and thrive in B2B SaaS environments, wed love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline in HubSpot: deal stages, workflows, task automation, reporting, and lead tracking.

  • Drive outbound strategies via email and LinkedIn to build pipeline and boost engagement.

  • Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to qualify leads and schedule meetings.

  • Present SaaS product demos and guide prospects through test onboarding.

  • Manage ongoing customer accounts, ensuring smooth adoption and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with customer success on product discussions and integrate client feedback into sales strategy.

  • Work with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, ICPs, and qualification criteria.

  • Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay (beneficial) for prospect research and outreach.

  • Monitor and optimize sales performance to accelerate deal velocity and reduce friction.

Requirements

  • C2-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong expertise with HubSpot CRM (pipeline setup, automation, reporting).

  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Independent, strategic, and performance-driven mindset.

Nice to have

  • Proven B2B sales experience as a Senior SDR, Sales Representative, Account Manager, customer success, or similar role.

  • Demonstrated success in cold outreach and turning outbound leads into opportunities.

  • Skilled in delivering SaaS demos and onboarding walkthroughs, adapting to diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience with outbound tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay (beneficial).
