Job Description:

We are representing a growing payments business seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Solutions Specialist to join their Malta team and support the delivery of seamless client service within the gaming and payments sector.

This is a hybrid opportunity for someone who enjoys being the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled efficiently, documentation is managed accurately, and client issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

What You Will Do:

As Client Solutions Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for client queries, supporting communication, ticket resolution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries across multiple communication channels
  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate support to clients
  • Manage and resolve support tickets, proactively following up on open cases
  • Escalate client issues where appropriate to ensure timely resolution
  • Issue client documentation accurately and in line with confidentiality and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams including Commercial, Compliance, and Payment Operations
  • Coordinate client resolutions and payment-related requests
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recurring issues, and resolutions
  • Update internal knowledge systems to support service consistency
  • Identify opportunities to improve support processes, service quality, and internal knowledge resources

All About You:

We are looking for a client-focused professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

You will bring:

  • 1+ years' experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to client support
  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

Highly desirable:

  • Experience using Intercom
  • Exposure to KYB/KYC or compliance-related processes
  • Experience within payments, fintech, gaming, or another regulated environment
