Job Description:
We are representing a growing payments business seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Solutions Specialist to join their Malta team and support the delivery of seamless client service within the gaming and payments sector.
This is a hybrid opportunity for someone who enjoys being the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled efficiently, documentation is managed accurately, and client issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

What You Will Do:
As Client Solutions Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for client queries, supporting communication, ticket resolution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries across multiple communication channels
- Provide professional, timely, and accurate support to clients
- Manage and resolve support tickets, proactively following up on open cases
- Escalate client issues where appropriate to ensure timely resolution
- Issue client documentation accurately and in line with confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Liaise with internal teams including Commercial, Compliance, and Payment Operations
- Coordinate client resolutions and payment-related requests
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recurring issues, and resolutions
- Update internal knowledge systems to support service consistency
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes, service quality, and internal knowledge resources
All About You:
We are looking for a client-focused professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
You will bring:
- 1+ years' experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to client support
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
Highly desirable:
- Experience using Intercom
- Exposure to KYB/KYC or compliance-related processes
- Experience within payments, fintech, gaming, or another regulated environment
