  • Location: New York (2-3 days/week in-office)
  • Salary: $160K-$180K base + 15% variable bonus

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Risk Strategy and Pricing Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and designing credit risk and pricing strategies for Fintech clients. This position requires extensive experience in the lending industry, along with a profound understanding of various business functions such as Credit Risk, Product, and Analytics. A significant plus would be having experience working with third-party channels and devising credit and pricing policies for them. Your problem-solving skills, product sense, and ability to work effectively cross-functionally will be key to your success.

  • Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.
  • Analyze volume & funnel trends to optimize pricing and impact on RoEs
  • Analyze credit performance and come up with recommendations to optimize credit policies
  • React to market dynamics on third party channels and help senior management make informed decisions
  • Act as a channel manager for certain origination channels in terms of managing credit policies, running tests and optimizing pricing
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with and drive alignment among various stakeholders across the organization
  • Manage Offshore Team: Lead and coordinate (incl. project planning) with offshore team for analytical support and to ensure seamless execution

Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in Credit risk strategy, along with in consulting, solution design and client management
  • SQL , Python
  • Origination channel manage experience
  • Credit cards/lending expertise (Acquisitions/Underwriting)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup
  • Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
  • Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
