Role and Responsibilities:
As the Risk Infrastructure Engagement Manager, you will lead a critical project from onshore for strategy implementation in GDS Link. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital lending or banking space, a solid grasp of various business functions (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance), and a strong ability to implement initiatives from end to end. Your problem-solving skills, product sense, and ability to work effectively cross-functionally will be key to your success.
- Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.
- Project planning and management
- Review business requirements with relevant client stakeholders
- Optimize code and design documents
- Code and test decisioning policy rules using best practices
- Technical SME coordination with risk, IT infrastructure, and client teams
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with and drive alignment among various stakeholders across the organization
- Manage Offshore Team: Lead and coordinate with offshore contractors for analytical support and to ensure seamless execution
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience majorly in BRMS projects, along with in consulting, solution design and client management. Significant experience with managing decision systems is a must.
- GDS Link / FICO Blaze / Experian PowerCurve
- Java programming
- SQL / Python
- Cloud technologies experience
- Credit cards/lending expertise (Acquisitions/Underwriting)
- Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup
- Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
