InMotion Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Toms River, NJ. Position Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Setting: Outpatient clinic

Caseload: Primarily older adults (geriatric focus)

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients.

• Deliver therapy focused on mobility, pain reduction, and quality of life improvement.

• Collaborate with PT team, aides, and front office for seamless care.

• Document all treatment in EMR per Medicare/insurance guidelines.

• Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and family members as appropriate.

• Support post-surgical recovery, fall prevention, and functional independence.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Physical Therapist License (required)

• Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT or MPT)

• CPR Certification

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with outpatient orthopedic and geriatric populations preferred
