Physical Therapy Aide

Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide (Full-Time)
Location: Toms River, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Position Overview:
InMotion Physical Therapy is seeking a reliable, motivated Full-Time Physical Therapy Aide to join our Toms River team. This role is essential in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient preparation and treatment setup

• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and equipment

• Prepare modalities and exercise equipment as directed

• Escort patients to and from treatment areas

• Schedule appointments and assist with front desk tasks as needed

• Stock supplies and ensure clinic readiness throughout the day

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment

• Follow all safety, HIPAA, and clinic protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical office preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Interest in healthcare or rehabilitation is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients as needed
