We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist for one of our established multinational clients. This position plays a critical role in managing compensation frameworks, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering competitive benefits that enhance performance, employee engagement, and organizational trust across both the Singapore and Malaysia workforce.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced C&B professional with at least 5 years of experience, preferably within a regional or dual-country scope, who are confident with salary reviews, benefits administration, and analytics-driven recommendations.


Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits Strategy

  • Utilize data insights to manage and enhance financial and non-financial compensation structures.
  • Drive C&B programs that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Compliance & Policy Governance

  • Ensure compensation practices meet internal equity and regulatory standards in SG & MY.
  • Review and revise leave and benefit policies to reflect evolving legal requirements.

Annual Reviews & Manpower Budgeting

  • Lead the annual salary review, bonus process, and manpower budgeting in close partnership with HRBPs and Finance.
  • Provide recommendations that align with approved budgets and talent strategy.

Market Research & Benchmarking

  • Conduct salary benchmarking, participate in market surveys, and track emerging C&B trends to propose competitive offerings.

Employee Benefits & Insurance

  • Administer benefits across both countries including insurance renewals, medical/dental claims, and leave modules on HRIS.
  • Analyze usage trends and propose enhancements during renewal cycles.

Engagement & Analytics

  • Support employee engagement through pulse surveys, analyze results, and track reward effectiveness through relevant metrics.
  • Generate HR reports on attrition, leave, budget vs actuals, and salary analytics.

Job Evaluation & Reporting

  • Conduct job analysis, develop job descriptions, and support internal/external salary surveys.
  • Maintain accurate data records and prepare audit-ready documentation.

HR Operations Support

  • Provide support for broader HRBPs in career frameworks and project-based HR initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • 4-5 or more years of proven experience in compensation and benefits, ideally within large or regional MNCs.
  • Prior experience supporting blue-collar or operations workforce is highly valued.
  • Strong command of compensation cycles, benefits programs, and HR analytics.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of SG and MY labour law and best practices in Total Rewards is essential.
