About the Role:

Joining the team your role will have responsibility of focusing on the inlife management of the core products and services, across the full portfolio suite of Broadband, TV and Mobile.

Focusing on enabling commercially focused innovative product development that drives growth, efficiency and superior customer experience, to ensure improved CEX on all applicable product lines delivering increased NPS scores

The successful candidate will drive the Strategic Product and CPE vision while also driving inlife product improvements and customer experience, working closely cross functionally with local business divisions, central departments and other key stakeholders

Specific Duties & Tasks:

  • Identification and Implementation of Connectivity, Entertainment and Mobile product improvements to drive future growth
  • Jointly responsible for providing an excellent product customer experience, collaboratively developing action plans based on customer feedback, with NPS to be the measurement through a commercial lense
  • Identify in-life products suitable for both development and retirement which will ultimately underpin the long term strategic goals
  • Jointly responsible for overall product strategy, keeping up to speed on industry trends and working closely with the Central Product, Product Development and CVP teams
  • Work cross functionally with CVM, product development and other areas to drive the product penetration strategy, impacting long term performance
  • Create Business Cases and scenarios as required to underpin key decisions and present at a senior management level
  • Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills (including advanced ability to use tools such as Excel); ability to use hard data and metrics in relation to traffic, to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
  • Feed into the Long-Range Planning process, the Budget process, re-forecasting, etc
  • Manage and be the main commercial contact for key external product vendors
  • Lead on developing, refining and implementing the product CPE strategy working closely with finance and CVM teams
  • Create and manage in Life Management CEX improvement plans

Skills & Expertise:

  • Bachelors degree in business or technology field
  • 5 years + experience ideally in a commercial field within telecommunications or tech company
  • Expertise in the areas of bringing new products or programs to market is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial and product acumen & a customer champion by nature
  • Comprehensive understanding of telecoms market and technology products in Ireland
  • Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills (including advanced ability to use tools such as Excel); ability to use hard data and metrics in relation to traffic, to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
