Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate vehicle solutions, and managing the purchase of new and used cars.

  • Finance: Assist customers in selecting suitable finance packages (PCP, HP, leasing, etc.), explain finance options clearly, and guide them through the full process.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.

  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, deal closing, and identifying new sales opportunities.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay fully informed on the latest vehicle models, features, and promotions to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.

  • Administration: Manage all documentation related to sales, finance applications, and vehicle deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within the motor industry, is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of finance products (PCP, HP, leasing, etc.) and relevant financial regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for the automotive sector and delivering a top-quality customer experience.

  • Proven ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.

  • Full clean driving licence.
