You will work closely with solution architects, technical specialists, customer success, and service delivery teams to design tailored Microsoft‑ and Cisco‑led solutions that support customers strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Established relationships with organisations aligned to INNOVATEs TCP, enabling faster engagement and decision‑maker access.
- A minimum of 5+ years working within a Managed Service Provider, with deep understanding of MSP commercial models and service delivery rhythms.
- A proven Business Developer, capable of building pipeline, opening new accounts, and closing complex multi‑solution deals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue across cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and networking solutions.
- Leverage your existing network within INNOVATEs TCP to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage full complex sales cycles — assessments, workshops, proposals, commercial negotiation, and handover.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and activity targets.
- Represent INNOVATE at partner events, industry forums, and networking sessions.
Strategic Account Development
- Build and deepen relationships with C‑level and senior IT stakeholders.
- Understand client challenges and design tailored Microsoft and Cisco‑aligned solutions (Azure, Modern Workplace, Cisco Secure, Managed Services).
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure well‑scoped, high‑value customer solutions.
- Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts through account planning, cross‑sell, and up‑sell.
Performance, Reporting & Sales Process
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and KPI reporting.
- Adhere to INNOVATEs sales processes, ensuring consistent and high‑quality customer engagement.
- Contribute to development of case studies, proposals, and commercial collateral.
- Keep current with Microsoft and Cisco product updates, partner incentives, and emerging MSP industry trends.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding targets in a multi‑solution, recurring‑revenue environment.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, managed IT services, networking, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with C‑suite and technical decision‑makers.
- Full driving licence required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Brings an established network aligned to INNOVATEs TCP.
- A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong customer focus.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working at pace.
- Able to manage long, consultative sales cycles while maintaining strong pipeline momentum.
- Passionate about delivering innovative, secure, and transformative technology solutions.
